CONTACT YOU IN ORDER IF SPACES COME AVAILABLE. Please complete the
2008 Outdoor Registration Form to be eligible to play in
the upcoming season. Applications can be dropped off at
Metro Sports Centres on Mondays -
please call at 416-731-9974 before coming to schedule a time. Applications will be processed immediately upon receiving payment.
- Teams/Players from 2007/2008 season who register before March 31, 2008 will be
GUARANTEED a spot in the league for the 2008 season.
- The cost of registration for the 2008 outdoor season is as follows -
$175/player (League provides team/player with uniform) or $150/player
(Team provides own uniform).
- To register an entire team spot, a deposit of 9 players must be fully
paid up.
- Once a team deposit of $1,350 (uniforms not required) or $1,575
(uniforms required) has been received, subsequent cheques from
players on that team can be posted dated to April 23, 2008.
- There will be a $10 per player late fee for any payments made after
May 1, 2008
- Teams are also required to submit a team bond of $250 that is due May 1,
2008
- TEAM DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE - NO EXCEPTIONS
- Payment after April 29, 2008 will only be accepted in the
form of a certified cheque, money order or cash. There is a $25.00 charge
for cheques that are returned as NSF.
- There is a cancellation fee of $25.00 after May 1, 2008.
- No refunds will be provided after May 24, 2008.
- After May 10, 2008 there will be a charge of $25 for any switching of
players.
- Deadline for adding new players is June 21, 2008.
- In order to be fully registered for the 2008 outdoor soccer season, this
form must be properly signed and a cheque, money order or cash
for the full amount must accompany this form before May 10, 2008 - space
permitting.
- Any modification to the wording of this registration form will result in
an unprocessed application.
