TEAM REGISTRATION: Team
captains please download the
2011 Team Registration Form
and submit to the league via email by April 26, 2011.

directions. INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION:
Please download the
2011 Outdoor Registration Form
and submit to the league with payment to be eligible to play in
the upcoming season. We are now accepting payment via email
money transfer. Contact us for info how to send funds.
- REGISTRATION IS ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS
- The cost of registration for the 2011 outdoor season is as follows -
$155/player (Team provides own uniform) or $180/player (League provides
team/player with uniform)
- To register an entire team spot, a deposit of 9 players must be fully
paid
- Once a team deposit of $1,395 (uniforms not required) or $1,620 (uniforms
required) has been received, the remainder of teams fees will be due by May
4, 2011
- There will be a $10 per player late fee for any payments made after May
4, 2011
- Teams are also required to submit a team bond of $250 that is due May 4,
2011
- TEAM DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE - NO EXCEPTIONS
- Payment after May 4, 2011 will only be accepted in the
form of a certified cheque, money order or cash. There is a $25.00 charge
for cheques that are returned as NSF.
- There is a cancellation fee of $25.00 between April 14 - May 14, 2011.
- No refunds will be provided after May 14, 2011.
- After May 14, 2011 there will be a charge of $25 for any switching of
players.
- Deadline for adding new players is June 26, 2011.
- Any modification to the wording of the registration forms will result in
an unprocessed application.
